The Dorukpack wet wipe packing machine is a fully automatic production line for printed, single-use wet wipes and refreshing towels, which are highly demanded by restaurants, cafes, hotels, and airline companies. This system seamlessly performs taking the non-woven fabric from giant bobbins, automatically folding it in V-fold or Z-fold formats, cutting it to the desired size, placing it into the packaging film, injecting the special cologne/solution liquid with a precision dripping system, and finally sealing the package completely tight, all within a single compact body. Offering a production capacity of 80 to 120 packs per minute, our machine also features integrated date coding and easy-tear notch units. The special jaw design, which never compromises seal quality even at high speeds, is critical for wet wipes that require a long shelf life. Built on an entirely stainless steel and anodized aluminum chassis, this machine is maximally resistant to corrosion. All settings such as solution amount, fabric length, and package length can be managed with millimeter precision via the PLC touch screen, driving the waste rate down to zero and maximizing your facility's profitability.
